It is ridiculous to reject Firefox because of “Expense Issue” since Firefox is free, stable and safer, maintaining “Two systems” will not be THAT costly and unaffordable.

However it is amazing for me to see US government actually willing to discuss this kinds of questions and requirements openly and put it on the web. I sincerely hope Taiwan government can learn something good like this from US.
